Vowav.com (“Vowav”) provides the Voice over services made available through the Site, it also includes Dubbing, Translation & Mixing Mastering services.
By clicking “AGREE”, or by otherwise agreeing to these terms of service or a Services Agreement, or by otherwise using the Services, each User (as defined below) agrees with Vowav to be bound by these terms of service (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).
If a User is entering into this Agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity (including a talent agency), User represents that he/she has the legal authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
● Terms:
The terms “we”, “us” and “our”, it refers to Vowav
Voice actors : “Voice actor” means (a) a voice over actor selling voice and/or other creative services; or (b) a talent agency or other organization having the authority to represent and bind an individual voice actor and/or other creative services.
Clients : are the end user or customers to whom we provide our services.Languages : are the different Indian regional and national languages, in which the services are provided.
Categories : are the different categories in which the voice actors provide us their services.
Mix/master : are the mixing and mastering services provided to various clients
Translation : Translation services of different languages.
Dubbing : Dubbing services provided by different languages.
We can change any Purchasable, promotional, membership and other content (collectively, “Content”), membership plans and our Service at any time and make no guarantee as to the availability of specific Content in any membership plan or as to any minimum amount of Content in any membership plan. Some of our Content may be offered in limited territories, and we may use geo filtering technology to restrict access outside of those territories.
Voice samples removal
We may add or remove any voice over sample which seems inappropriate or contains any personal information.

Corrections
Corrections due to actor error : If there’s any error caused from the actor’s end like vocab, pronunciation, sentence flow or the audio duration exceeds the limit or in any other similar situation, the corrections won’t be chargeable.
Correction from client’s end– If there is alteration in the script i.e 25% of the whole script, it will cost 50 % plus GST of the total charge for rerecording the corrected script. If the correction is almost 75 %, or the client wish to change the whole script, full charges will
● Fees and Renewal
Fees for membership plans, subscriptions and other services will be stated at the time of your purchase or sign-up, as applicable, and provided in our help pages. The fees for membership plans may change at any time. Fees may be subject to tax, collected by us or a third party through which you transact, and are non-refundable.
We accept a variety of payment methods depending on the type of membership plan you choose. You cannot use a credit or debit card issued outside of India to pay on Vowav.com.
Vowav membership only becomes effective upon successful authorization of payment or successfully enabling Recurring Payments. If the payment methods provided by you are declined for payment of your membership or subscription fees or you do not have a valid payment method on file on your renewal date, we may at our option, limit access to non-purchased content and membership benefits and/or cancel your membership or subscription, as applicable, unless you provide us with a valid payment method. If you provide us with a valid payment method and are successfully charged before your membership or subscription is canceled, your new membership or subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
● Membership and Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your membership plan and any subscriptions by contacting our Customer Service team. If you cancel your membership or subscription, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. Your member benefits terminate when your membership is canceled, but cancellation does not terminate your account and access to a free account.
● Booking Policy – An advance payment of Rs. 1000, has to be paid in order to book an artist.
● Delivery policy– Files will be delivered only after receiving the complete payment. The minimum time of delivery would be 6-8 hours, the maximum time would be 48-72 hours again depending on the kind & length of the script and the availability of the selected voice actor.
● Payment policy– If the actor fails to deliver the project on time, the project will be assigned to another voice actor and no amount shall be disbursed to the actor.
● Return policy– If the actor leaves the project partly completed due to any which reason. The project will be assigned to the next available voice actor selected by the client.
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any illegal or inappropriate purposes; sending spam; perpetration of security breaches; hacking; privacy breaches; fraudulent activity; distribution of viruses or other harmful code; transmission, distribution or storage of any material protected by copyright, trade-mark, trade secret or other intellectual property right without proper authorization, or material that is obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing or abusive; any unauthorized access, alteration, theft, corruption or destruction of files, data, and trying to perform or participate in any unlawful act; if it violates federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances; if it infringes upon or violates intellectual property rights; In all the mentioned cases, we reserve the right to terminate the use of the service.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service indefinitely and shall not be held accountable for any damage or loss resulting due to that. Under no circumstances shall Vowav or its office of employees be penalized for damages of any kind.
The Terms of Use may be revised or altered by us at our sole discretion at any time without any prior intimation to the User. The latest Terms of Use will be posted here. Any such changes by Vowav will be effective immediately. By continuing to use this Website or to access the Services / usage of our Services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised/ amended Terms of Use and such amendments shall supersede all other terms of use previously accepted by the User.
